The external accountants of the Laboratory are specialized professionals, including those, who have many years' experience in the International Scientific and Technical European Program "EUREKA", the International Intergovernmental Organization "Ukrainian Science and Technology Center".
The laboratory forges partnerships with other national and leading international higher educational institutions, universities and scientific institutions, organizations and companies through the provision of advancing the process in domestic and international markets their scientific and technical developments in the European Enterprise Network (Enterprise Europe Network — EEN).
The main areas of Laboratory`s activity are:
- Consultations on questions related to the commercialization and transfer of technologies and knowledge in Ukraine and abroad;
- Assistance in the formation of technological proposals and clients` requests;
- Audit and assessment of intellectual property rights;
- Provision of recommendations for conducting technological audit; analysis of competitors and the market;
- Assistance in business modeling and preparation of business presentation.
Working groups of specialists for consulting support of the commercialization and technology transfer can be formed in the Laboratory, oriented to the market demand for innovations, in the form of temporary creative collectives (TTK) of the employees of the Research Institute of Intellectual Property and other specialized institutions, professional experts for solving specific tasks on the self-supporting basis.
The laboratory operates in partnership with the All-Ukrainian Non-Governmental Organization "Ukrainian Council of Inventors and Innovators", which is the participant of the International Federation of Inventors Associations IFIA (Geneva / Switzerland), World Women Inventors and Entrepreneur’s Association WWIEA (Korea), Korean invention promotion association KIPA (Korea).
