Publishing

Publishing and widespreading intellectual property knowledge is one of the most important items since the Institute was created in Ukraine. Today the Institute does its best to meet the demands of Ukrainian society for information concerning various aspects of law and economy of intellectual property.

A release of ‘Intellectual capital’ magazine on February 13th, 2002 became the first important step in this field. Eventually, its name has been changed, and today it is called "Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property" periodical put to the list of special editions on jurisprudence by the Highest Certifying Commission of Ukraine. The materials published in our periodical receive a status of scientific paper.

The periodical’s editor-in-chief is Boris Prakhov, LLD, who is well-known expert of IP law in Ukraine and in states of the former Soviet Union.
